Exclusive! Third Window Films Brings Tsukamoto, Sono, Asano Tadanobu, And UZUMASA LIMELIGHT To The UK

One of the questions that I've read most often in connection with Third Window Films highly anticipated Blu-ray release of A Snake of June is the matter of coloring, will the film be black and white or the blue tinted version. Well, we can confirm that the Tsukamoto approved remastered Blu-ray will be the blue version, just as the director intended. In addition to the new remaster, the disc will also include a new interview with Tsukamoto and a commentary track from Tom Mes, the author of Iron Man: The Cinema of Shinya Tsukamoto.

The disc will be available from September 28th and is available for pre-order now.

Next up is the acquisition of Sono Sion's Love and Peace, a film described by Third Window as:

The Christopher Doyle-shot Kaiju themed pink film Underwater Love was a big hit around here when it came out a few years ago. Now, the German co-producers of that film, Rapid Eye Movies, are teaming again with Doyle and Filipino director Khavn to create Ruined Heart, starring Asano Tadanobu.
