CONFIRMED: Craig Gillespie Off PRIDE AND PREJUDICE AND ZOMBIES
And here's another blow for Lionsgate's proposed adaptation of Seth Grahame-Smith's Pride And Prejudice And Zombies.
It was all the way back in August that ScreenAnarchy reported all was not well between the production and director Craig Gillespie with Gillespie making moves to exit the project. It was a story that was denied vigorously at the time with Lionsgate PR issuing a press release stating Gillespie was still firmly attached and Gillespie's representatives contacting us to say the same.
Well, guess what? Craig Gillespie is not directing Pride And Prejudice And Zombies.
Gillespie is now the third director to leave the project, his departure being put down to the ongoing casting problems with the film being unable to attract a leading lady.
