THE NIGHT COMES FOR US And Brings New Art For Timo Tjahjanto's Next With It
It's a good time to be a Mo Brother. The Indonesian duo's blood soaked debut Macabre has finally arrived on US shores thanks to Bloody Disgusting - who are offering it up in its entirety for free viewing - and sophomore duo feature Killers is int he can and waiting its turn to be unleashed upon the masses. Throw into the mix Mo Brother Timo Tjahjanto's hugely successful collaboration with The Raid helmer Gareth Huw Evans on the Safe Haven segment of VHS 2  and the obvious question is, "When can we get more?" And the answer is, "Soon."

Tjahjanto is continuing his collaboration relationship with Evans, with the pair of them developing upcoming action picture The Night Comes For Us for Evans to produce with Tjahjanto directing. The Raid duo of Joe Taslim (also seen in Fast Six) and Yayan Ruhian are slated to star with Iko Uwais providing the lion's share of the fight choreography, which will blend judo and MMA influences in with silat. Here's the pitch:

Joe Taslim will star as Ito, a Gangland Enforcer who returns to his local crime family in Jakarta after a stint with the notorious South East Asian Triad. He returns to find himself trapped in a word of betrayal and chaos as the Triad is moving towards a bloody campaign of territorial expansion.
