Meet The Characters Of Colombian Super Hero Film ZAMBO DENDE
It was just a couple weeks ago that ScreenAnarchy caught wind of Chilean martial artist Marko Zaror joining the cast of Zambo Dende - an adaptation of a Colombian super hero comic book being backed by Disney - and we've been waiting for more ever since. And that has arrived now in the form of six character shots from the film showing off the fantastic designs for the support cast, along with a few other details.
As keen eyed fight fans will have picked up, yes. That is Darren Shahlavi in the top left corner. And, yes, we have confirmed that Zaror is playing the title role so if we assume that Shahlavi is playing a villain part then that's one fearsome meeting of martial artists right there. Also of note is the presence of fight coordinator Larnell Stovall, one of the absolute best in the biz. Also included in the cast are Michelle Charlene Lee, Tait Fletcher and Esteban Cueto.
