Fantastic Fest 2014: Final Wave Of Films Includes IT FOLLOWS, AUTOMATA And THE TRIBE

Ah Fantastic Fest. One of the epicenters of genre film and the one place where you will find the highest concentration of ScreenAnarchy writers in the World for one week. Seriously, if you wanted to damage the nerve center of ScreenAnarchy, wait for us to congregate en mass in Austin every September! Throw down some barbecue and wait for us to gather around it, then boom!

The festival is just over a week away and as Team ScreenAnarchy prepares to provide exhaustive coverage (literally and figuratively) they have announced the final wave of films and some of the guests coming to town.

The entire press release is below but let me give you a taste. James Gunn will be moderating the red carpet World premiere of David Yarovesky's The Hive, while Edgar Wright is serving on the Next Wave film jury. Nicolas Winding Refn will also be in town with his wife, Liv Corfixen, with her film My Life Directed by Nicolas Winding Refn.

The festival is also going to be doing satellite screenings of ABCs of Death 2 and Tusk. Participating cities will be Ashburn, Dallas, Denver, Houston, Kalamazoo, Kansas City, Lubbock, San Antonio, Winchester and Yonkers! Links for those shows are below!

And then check out the rest of the film lineup! Cub, The Guest, Horns, Housebound, I Am A Knife With Legs, Let Us Prey, It Follows, The Tribe, Automata, the extended director's cut of LVT's Nymphomaniac! And so many more!

And let us not forget that our Lord and Master, Todd Brown, will be stepping into the ring once again for Fantastic Debates. We are predicting that he will go 3 and 0 after that night. We might be biased about that. A little. You can check out his challenge video below as well!
