Check A Trio Of Amazing Stills From Jonas Govaert's Belgian Slasher CUB

It was back in May that we first wrote about upcoming Belgian slasher film Cub. At that point the debut feature from acclaimed short film director Jonas Govaerts was undertaking a crowd funding campaign to plug the final holes in their budget and with production now half way through principal photography we are happy to present the first fantastic trio of stills from the film. Here's how it was pitched during the crowd funding drive:

Cub is a horror movie about Sam, a twelve-year-old imaginative boy who goes to camp in the woods with his pack of cub scouts. Together with the other cubs and the leaders of the pack Sam finds himself in a dark wood where a psychopathic poacher and his masked helper live. What the cubs don't know is that the poacher has laid out ingenious, lethal traps all over the forest.

Nicolas Karakatsanis (Bullhead) is handling cinematography. Stef Aerts, Jan Hammenecker, Evelein Bosmans, Titus de Voogt and Maurice Luijten star. Check the images below and remember you can click to enlarge.
