Excellent UK Trailer for Murderous Indie SIMON KILLER

Simon Killer, the emotionally compelling and visually stunning new film from Afterschool director Antonio Campos, is coming to UK screens this April, courtesy of Eureka Entertainment. The film debuted at Sundance last year, where it collected a horde of positive buzz for its chilling portrayal of a serial killer-in-the-making. Brady Corbet (Martha Marcy May Marlene, Melancholia) stars as the titular anti-hero, who heads to Europe after graduation, leaving behind a messy break-up, and hoping for a summer of exploration and adventure. In Paris he meets and falls in love with a mysterious prostitute (Mati Diop - 35 Shots of Rum), which sparks a downward spiral that eventually leads to murder.

Simon Killer will open in the UK nationwide on 12 April, followed by a Blu-ray/DVD release on 24 June.  Until then, check out the new UK trailer below.
