Todd's Thoughts On SEASON OF THE WITCH
Nick Cage starrer Season of the Witch opens tomorrow and is the subject of my current column over at Showcase.
The short version? So very, very bad. If you'd like to see a good horrific action film set against the backdrop of witchcraft and the plague then I recommend Christopher Smith's The Black Death. It's superior to this stinker on every level.
