The Many Faces Of Terence Stamp
This week saw the release of the new Tim Burton film Big Eyes, and instead of his usual dark fairy-tale-ish fare, it is a retelling of a famous art scandal. Jim saw it and described a few issues he had with the film in his review. But once again, Tim managed to get quite a stellar cast together, and one of the supporting actors is site-founder-favorite Terence Stamp. What an excellent excuse for a quiz!
Terence Stamp has been around for ages and has cast his steely gaze in many a film (good and... not so good). His cold stare is probably his single most prominent feature. I'm not sure if he really ever turned something into ice just by looking at it, but if he did it frankly wouldn't surprise me. Thankfully he is not a one-trick pony, and has stolen many memorable scenes over the years.
Therefore, once again I'm going to use a gallery of eleven close-ups of one of my favorite thespians to make a quiz. Click through the images and guess which eleven movies they're from! No competition, no prizes, just for fun, try to see how far you get without using IMDb.
And I'll post the answers next Thursday (earlier if someone has all eleven of them right).
