Danish filmmaker Brugger is, quite simply, a madman. For his previous film he bluffed his way in to North Korea by pretending to be a theater director. And for this one? This time around he buys himself credentials as an African diplomat to see how difficult it is to come home with a briefcase full of blood diamonds.
