Paul Solet tackles Videodrome-esque Horror with The Faces
Ok, I am messing with you a bit here, please forgive the sensational headlining, but Paul Solet is no stranger to body-horror and making audiences squirm, so while you are at it, you will also have to forgive my anticipation as a fan of this director.   The vampire infant and motherhood anxiety horror Grace was a personal favourite of 2008.  Solet will be tackling a high-concept film called The Faces, which deals with a secret society that uses 'terror as a means of entertainment.'  It has been a couple of years since Grace, and Solet has been keeping busy with fellow filmmaker, Adam Green (note:  the image to the left is from their goofy Halloween short "Jack Chop") and it is with much anticipation around these parts that he gets back behind the camera himself.
