GANTZ's PERFECT ANSWER Is A Gun In The Face.
Over the weekend the trailer for Gantz: Perfect Answer - the second installment of Shinsuke Sato's two part live action adaptation of the popular manga and anime - arrived on the official website and it is pretty much what you'd expect. Which is to say a collection of pretty young things clad in tight black costumes shooting at, blowing up and otherwise destroying anything that happens to be in their way.
The storyline behind Gantz is notoriously convoluted - it revolves around a mysterious black orb that brings the dead back to life on condition that they don the aforementioned black suits, which enhance their strength and agility, and take on a series of assassination jobs against an alien force - but really it's all an excuse to indulge in some stylish violence.
