DEAD SNOW Director To Visit The HELLFJORD!
Dead Snow director Tommy Wirkola is a busy man. Wirkola is currently in pre-production on his English language debut Hansel And Gretel: Witch Hunters with Jeremy Renner and Gemma Arterton but being busy here certainly does not seem to be slowing him down at home.
It has just been announced that Wirkola and the production and writing team behind Dead Snow will be making the move to television with Hellfjord, a seven part series following a disgraced police officer transferred to a remote town in northern Norway. A town that just might be a gateway to Hell itself.
The Norwegian Film Institute have just sunk three million kroner of support into the project which is currently scheduled to begin production in May for a January premiere. Expect the same mix of horror and comedy that made Dead Snow an international hit.
