From The Set Of Yoshihiro Nishimura's HELLDRIVER ...
So ... Nikkatsu's Sushi Typhoon label is rolling along at a ferocious pace - Mutant Girls Squad, Alien Versus Ninja and Cold Fish all completed, Noboru Iguchi's Denjin Zaborgar now in post, and Yoshihiro Nishimura's Helldriver and Yudai Yamaguchi's Yakuza Weapon currently filming - with regular behind the scenes images from all of them turning up on a regular basis via their Twitter feed. For the most part I haven't been commenting much on these because they're very much of the men-at-work variety and show very little of the actual productions but in this case I can't resist.

This one's from the set of Nishimura's Helldriver, a zombie car movie from what I understand - in the sense that there are lots of zombies, lots of cars, and I believe in some cases zombies driving the cars, which may also be zombies themselves - and features a familiar face. Who is that white man something bizarre from his forehead? That'd be Marc Walkow, the PR rep for the Typhoon in North America and one of the founders and programmers of the New York Asian Film Festival. Yes, Marc, I'm jealous.
