Park Chan-Wook's THIRST Hits DVD March 17th!
Though met with somewhat mixed reviews there's no doubt that Oldboy director Park Chan-Wook's vampire tale Thirst has been one of the most anticipated and talked about titles of the past year and now the impatient will get their chance to see it with the arrival of the Korean 3-disc DVD release on March 17th. Subtitles? The feature itself has them, though I wouldn't bank on them being on any of the special features.  Included in the feature set, though, is a fantastic - and perplexingly unrelated - animated short titled Dust Kid. I have no idea why this short is in there but I'm glad it is ... we gave it one of the big awards when I did jury duty at PiFan during the summer ...
