The Host still dominates the box office, and it has now passed the 12 million admissions mark. Shin Ha-Gyun (신하균) vehicle, No Mercy for the Rude, opened in second place, but with only 381,500 admissions and mixed critical response. Lump of Sugar, exploring the friendship between a young jockey woman (Im Su-Jeong (임수정)) and her horse, is still doing well since its August 10 release, and has crossed over into the 1 million admissions territory. Two more new Korean films find themselves in the Top Ten this week: family drama Ice Bar, starring Park Ji-Bin (박지빈), the kid from Hello Brother (안녕, 형아) and A Family (가족); and comedy Holy Daddy, marking a movie debut for Lee Min-Woo (이민우) of boy band Shinhwa, starring alongside popular comedian Ha Dong-Hun (하동훈).
