PHANTOM DETECTIVE: Watch The Super Stylish Teaser For The Korean Thriller

It would appear that Korean director Jo Sung-hee has learned a thing or two from the world of comic books in his life. After making a splash with indie scifi End Of Animal back in 2010 Jo moved more towards the mainstream with 2012 effort A Werewolf Boy and is now back in the director's seat with upcoming effort Phantom Detective. And with a teaser freshly released for the film it's not at all hard to see the comic book influence on the design style of this detective noir tale.

Lee Je-hoon stars as a private detective drawn into a mch larger case than he expected while tracking down a missing person. There are no subtitles on the trailer, unfortunately, but the visuals are fantastic and Jo's track record speaks for itself. Take a look below.
