Crowdfund This! The DOULA Is Coming For You

What's this? The producer of Norwegian indie hit Thale teaming up with forces in Denmark and the American exec producers of Sundance and SXSW selections Experimenter and Manson Family Vacation? And they're bringing Eli Roth's Hostel DP along for the ride?

The film in question is Doula, from Danish writer-director Kenneth L Truelsen. The tale of a town plagued by the ghost of a killer midwife - because, you know, having a relative stranger shove her hands up there to pull another human being out of you isn't intimidating enough as it is - Doula launched a crowd funding campaign to help with costs earlier today as part of that have released a proof of concept teaser which is really quite good.
