COLD PREY Teams Launches Production On Plague-Era Action Film ESCAPE

When director Roar Uthaug and the team at Norway's Fante Film last collaborated on a feature the result was Cold Prey (Fritt Vilt), the picture largely responsible for kicking the current wave of Nordic genre film into high gear. And now the gang is back together for Flukt (Escape).
An action picture set in the remote Norwegian countryside during the 1300's, with the nation in the grips of the Black Death, Berdal will be playing the leader of a group of outlaws living in the mountains. And given the title of the picture I think it's safe to assume that someone's after her.
In production now with an October 2012 release planned the first image of Berdal in costume has just been released and she is looking worlds different than she did in her Cold Prey days. Check it in the gallery below.
