Poster Alert! Ong Bak 2 and Cinemapocalypse
Now this is something new. An Alamo poster for a brand spanking new movie. That doesn't happen often.
With the international film festival debut of the much anticipated sequel to Ong Bak at the SXSW festival later this month the Alamo asked Brad Klausen to make a poster to mark the occasion. And deliver he did. This striking 7 color 24″ x 36″ screen print comes signed and numbered by the artist and goes for only 30 bucks. They are in short supply so you might want to get this early.
The Alamo is also offering a tour poster for a roadshow called Cinemapocalypse, headed by Lars Nilsen and Zack Carlson in which they tour the west side of the US, offering up bat shit crazy cinema for an unsuspecting audience. The posters sports a werewolf brandishing an M16 which by itself is cool as hell. That 18" x 24" beauty is by Johnny Sampson comes signed and numbered only for 20 bucks so that's a steal right there.
