With the face of Nacho Vigalondo splashed all over the ScreenAnarchy Mastheads this week - in case you haven't noticed, Vigalondo's Time Crimes begins its limited theatrical run this week - the time seems right to bring the latest film to come from Vigalondo's fertile mind. Directed by Sergio Barrejon and written by Barrejon and Vigalondo, El Encargado (The One In Charge) is an eight minute short about a young, bullied boy put in charge of his classroom when the teacher has to step away.
