Hugely acclaimed film maker Jia Zhangke, who has won major awards around the globe for both his fictional and documentary work, will be bringing his latest documentary, titled Useless, to the Toronto International Film Festival in just a few days time and the trailer has just arrived. In Useless, Jia Zhang-ke’s magnificent new documentary, the filmmaker unfolds the creases of a consumer society where the equation of time and money has demoted human creativity to a peripheral role.
