Are you adventuresome? Do you love horror? Do you like things that are free? Then we've we got a giveaway just for you -- and you -- and you -- thanks to our friends at Music Box Films and Doppelganger Releasing.

They specialize in releasing titles that pack a punch. We have three Halloween home video bundles to give away and each includes the following three titles, accompanied by the respective official synopsis:.

Penance
Japanese master of suspense Kurosawa Kiyoshi's eerie, intense psychological thriller Penance (Shokuzai) unfolds on a sleepy small town playground, when a mysterious stranger approaches a group of young friends, then kidnaps and brutally murders one of the girls. Wracked with grief, the victim's unhinged mother Asako (Kyoko Koizumi) demands that the shaken survivors identify the killer or face a penance of her choosing. Growing up in the shadow of this tragic debt, each of the four girls cultivates a warped survival mechanism - avoidance, desperation, fear and obsession.

A disturbing, sensitively helmed chronicle of post-traumatic stress from a female perspective, Penance offers Kurosawa Kiyoshi's trademark creepy twists as well as a subtle commentary on Japanese society and gender expectations. This gripping long-form serial drama highlights a new facet of renowned auteur Kurosawa (Pulse, Cure, Charisma) and features absorbing performances from a stellar line-up of award-winning, up-and-coming young actresses.

Eddie the Sleepwalking Cannibal
Thure Lindhardt (Keep the Lights On) stars in this quirky horror-comedy as Lars, a former darling of the art scene slipping away into the land of has-beens and struggling with lack of inspiration.

When Lars' art dealer Ronny arranges a teaching job in a small town as a "therapeutic measure" to stir up his creative juices, things don't quite turn out as planned. At first, life in the peaceful small town seems rosy, as he settles in and impresses beautiful fellow colleague Leslie by taking in the brawny, mute Eddie after the latter's caregiver passes away. But Lars soon discovers that the façade of serenity hides something unimaginable: Eddie suffers from a rare form of sleepwalking that transforms him from a docile, cereal-obsessed art student into a ravenous sleepwalking cannibal. Initially horrified by Eddie's dark secret, Lars becomes enthralled by the not-so-gentle giant: at long last, here's the muse he'd been searching for! Exceptional art comes at a very high price...and how far is Lars willing to go for his next masterpiece?

Eddie: The Sleepwalking Cannibal is a fresh, clever satire about artistic inspiration that pushes boundaries with its unique blend of offbeat humor, twisted friendships, sweet-hearted romance, and the gory realities of sleepwalking cannibalism.

Alleluia
Based on notorious real-life "lonely hearts killers" who make victims of their romantic liaisons, Alleluia is a dark and fascinating love-story-gone-wrong from Belgian horror maverick Fabrice du Welz. Michel (Laurent Lucas, With a Friend Like Harry and Calvaire) is a born womanizer and professional hustler with a penchant for wooing lonely, vulnerable widows and divorcees. When he meets introverted single mom Gloria (Lola Dueñas, Volver and I'm So Excited!) online and treats her to an electrifying first date, she's left completely smitten.

Michel tries to swindle what he can out of the one-night stand, but his latest victim has other plans. Basking in the rush of new love, she frantically pursues him, witnessing the true depths of his depravity and offering herself as an accomplice in his seductive crimes. Having truly met their match in each other, the unhinged lovers embark on a deadly odyssey amplified by wild sex, unbridled jealousy, and passionate forays into the dark arts. This smart and gory shocker breathes new life into the lovesick horror genre to serve up a chilling tale of white-hot desperation and terrifying devotion.
