HARRY POTTER AND THE DEATHLY HALLOWS PART 2 on BluRay.
Saw this again the other day and just have to say it is an incredibly moving finish to a film series that had a lot of hurdles to overcome, not the least of which was adapting multiple huge books into multiple feature films over a ten year period. I was lucky enough to interview Neville Longbottom himself Matthew Lewis about the drastic shift in his character arc and he seemed super appreciative of being able to leave the series that way. But that is only one thing to love about one of the most visually spectacular films of this last year. Virtually all the characters get a solid last hurrah in this final installment and Snape in particular provides a number of deeply moving moments. The BluRay definitely does justice to it with an incredible transfer and sound mix. Packed, packed with extras the only question for fans is whether to get it now or wait for the inevitable SEs and Extended versions sure to follow.
