First Official Image From The Studio 4c Animated THUNDERCATS Reboot

Later this year the folks at Warner Brothers will be rolling out a new Thundercats series, a revival of the 1980s cult hit with animation services provided by the mad geniuses at Japan's Studio 4c. 4c, of course, are the people behind Tekkon Kinkreet, Genius Party and Mind Game and while they won't have nearly the freedom on this sort of job as they do on their in-house work they seem to have developed a sort of favored relationship with Warner Brothers since they came on as one of the three animation studios who worked on The Animatrix.

Official materials have been scant since this project was announced in 2010 but, in response to a blurry shot from a fan convention in the UK making its way online, Warner Brothers have just released the first official imagery, giving us a detailed look at the major characters. Now we've just got to see them in motion.
