Second Teaser for Germany's CG Animated film KONFERENZ DER TIERE
If you may recall from the first teaser trailer for Reinhard Klooss & Holger Tappe's upcoming CG animated adaptation of Konferenz der Tiere (translated as "The Animal's Conference"), it paints a serious tone until the very end when a meerkat pops-up and says something in German with a comedic theme playing in the background.  The second teaser continues to go in that route with a gag scene where we get to see some characters interaction for the first time.  Here's a rough translation of the official synopsis:
Surprised the animals in the African savannah is: Where is the water? Long it should have come through a gorge from the distant mountains. The thirst is getting bigger, the concern also is small considering that the last water hole of fierce buffalo and rhino defended. The brave little meerkat Billy and the peace-loving lion Socrates pull off to check the water. They can meet the Gallic rooster Charles, who has led a polar bear, a kangaroo, a Tasmanian devil, and two Galapagos tortoises to Africa. They had to flee from their destroyed home regions in Africa and hope in the Okavango Delta a better life. But unfortunately the people have not spared even this last paradise: the hotelier Smith has had to build a huge dam and wasted all the water for a luxury hotel. Of all the politicians here hold a conference on the protection of the environment. The animals respond to this challenge with its own conference: The wise elephant Angie appealed to all that walk, fly, crawl or can trample a helpless situation. This is the start of a turbulent campaign full of animal tricks.

Inspired by Erich Kastner's literary classic "The Conference of the Animals" (1949), the producers and directors of URMEL AUS DEM EIS and URMEL FULL IN DRIVE Reinhard Klooss and Holger Tappe a rapid cinema fun show with the latest animation technology in 3D and a very current topic. In Enchanting realistic landscapes act adorable CGI-heroes, where stars such as Ralf Schmitz, Thomas Fritsch, Christoph Maria Herbst borrow, Bastian Pastewka and Oliver Kalkofe their votes. Xavier Rudd sings written by his title song "Wild with rage," the score is by David Newman (ICE AGE).
It arrives theatrically in Germany on October 7th. You'll find the second teaser embedded below.
