Karel Roden Takes The Lead In Czech Thriller THE EYE

Full marks to Quiet Earth for spotting upcoming Czech thriller The Eye (aka Oko, Oko Ve Zdi and The Eye In The Wall).  Giving a rare lead role to gifted and prolific character actor Karel Roden - far too often relegated to anonymous European bad guy parts in Hollywood - is more than enough reason to pay attention to this one but with a cast that also includes Jurgen Prochnow and a trailer that promises elegant, intelligent scares ... well, I'm sold.  Take a look at the trailer below!
