Russia got her own Indiana Jones in stunning 5TH CENTURIA
Adventures is not a kind of movie you usually expect from Russia. Early trailer (actually it's a promo reel not for theaters) of 5 Центурия (5th Centuria) has working sound and uncompleted special effects, but however has everything you expect from adventure movies: stunning fights, racings, explosions, artifacts and bright stereotypical personages.

In April 1945 Red Army approached Berlin. The group of Russian soldiers that stormed into old castle saved mysterious artifacts - rod, diadem, amulet, dagger and bracelet - that Germans tried to alloy in form of scepter with swastika. Soldiers - Russian, Kazakh, Ukrainian, Latvian and Caucasian - divided treasures.

In modern days in suburbs of Moscow a phoney Potemkin gets again caught by police, but then released with the help of mysterious blonde lawyer. Blonde takes him to the mansion to a certain Genrich Rost, who presented himself as notary public of German baron, who owned those 5 artefacts many years ago. Rost tells him that Potemkin's granddad commanded soldiers who beat off treasures and offers him to find treasures in former USSR for 1 million euros. Potemkin accepts an offer. But Rost is indeed neonazi and wants to gain power over the world by taking artifacts...

Director Ruslan Baltser is known for teenager movies like parkour-actioner Дерзкие дни (Impudent Days). Producers are going to release the movie on spring of 2010.
