Nuri Bilge Ceylan's Three Monkeys Trailer in HD!

Nuri Bilge Ceylan is one of the current masters of form for filming in digital HD (see also David Fincher and Michael Mann). There needs to be a stronger word than simply gorgeous or stunning to describe his last film, the disintegrating relationship drama Climates. The trailer for his latest, the just-premiered-at-Cannes Three Monkeys looks to raise the bar even higher. Just let this trailer wash over you and you'll see what I mean. The early word for this one is that it is indeed really, really good.

A family dislocated when small failings blow up into extravagant lies battles against the odds to stay together by covering up the truth... In order to avoid hardship and responsibilities that would otherwise be impossible to endure, the family chooses to ignore the truth, not to see, hear or talk about it. But does playing “Three Monkeys” invalidate the truth of its existence?
