Peter Koller's AUF BOSEM BODEN (On Evil Grounds) Wins At Rojo Sangre!

Austrian director Peter Koller has become a bit of a friend to the site here over the past little while, what with us covering his work since his early short films and then having the chance to meet in person first when his feature debut screened to a hugely receptive crowd at Fantasia and then again when the director and his effects man swung through Toronto to catch the Evil Dead musical before heading back home to Europe. Which tells you all you need to know about him, really.

But I digress. Word has just come in that Koller's On Evil Grounds has won large at the Rojo Sangre Festival in Buenos Aires, taking home the hardware for Best Picture, Best Director and Best Editing and both of the lead actors receiving special mentions from the jury.
