A Homecoming Turns Violent In Gritty UK Thriller PLEASURE ISLAND

You can never go home again, not really. That's the basic premise of Mike Doxford's UK thriller Pleasure Island, the reality being that either home has changed enough, you have changed enough, or both have in your absence that it's never really the same thing. And in this case the changes lead to violence.

Ian Sharp (Band Of Brothers) stars as a man returning home from a stint in the military to discover that his hometown has been overrun by a criminal element. And when an old flame is threatened ... well, things go badly.
