Johnny Tapia Talks Tattoos In Second Teaser From Eddie Alcazar's TAPIA

What began as work on a biopic about boxer Johnny Tapia developed into two projects, as filmmaker Eddie Alcazar quickly realized he had a bounty of footage that just could not be contained in one film. 

So with this footage Alcazar also created a proper documentary, Tapia, about the man. It would turn out to be the last interview Tapia would ever give before he died at the age of 45 in May of 2012.

In this second clip provided by the filmmaker, Tapia explains the tattoos that adorn his body.
