Warrior Princess, Demons and Exorcist! Trailer For Wuershan's PAINTED SKIN 2

Mtime has unveiled a trailer for Wuershan's supernatural fantasy Painted Skin 2 (aka Painted Skin: The Resurrection). Along with a new director comes another interpretation of Pu Songling's classic tale Strange Stories from a Chinese Studio. Even though Chen Kun, Zhou Xun, and Zhao Wei will return in the sequel, it seems they are playing entirely new characters.  Those who has a fascination for fantastical elements in Chinese folklore will surely not be disappointed. Its jam packed with eye candy goodness.

According to demon lore, it takes hundreds of years to attain human form. Even then, lacking a human heart, a demon cannot experience the true pains and passions of existence. However, there is a legend that if a pure human heart is freely offered to a demon, it can become a mortal and experience true life.
