It was five days ago that ScreenAnarchy brought word that talks had broken off for Sandra Bullock to co-star with Clint Eastwood in Robert Lorenz's Trouble With The Curve, noting at the time that Reese Witherspoon and Amy Adams were being considered as possible replacements. And that has proven to be correct, with Variety reporting that Adams has now been offered the part.
The directorial debut of Eastwood's long time AD and business partner, Trouble With The Curve will star Eastwood as an aging baseball scout on a trip with his daughter to check out an up and coming pitching prospect. Should she accept Adams will be fitting in to the daughter role.
