In The 1970s Filipino Gangsters Fought Using Fresh Fruit
Once a hub for low budget, exploitation action film production meant for export to the rest of the world, the Phillipines has gotten away from that heritage in recent years. But while it's gone it's not forgotten and commercial director Joel Limchoc brings it back in a brilliant spot he created for a Pepsi ad campaign.

Limchoc's piece captures the look and feel of the 1970s perfectly, with the important exception that all of his gangsters are wielding pieces of fruit. They shoot, sure, but the shoot more fruit. The piece just escalates into increasing levels of strangeness as it goes before reaching a delirious conclusion. It's mad genius, this, and you can check it out below.
