Clint Mansell Scoring Duncan Jones' SOURCE CODE
The man is responsible for the most recycled and reused film score of recent memory for one very simple reason: he's very, very good.
Clint Mansell will likely always be most associated with the films of Darren Aronofsky - it's his Requiem For A Dream score I'm referencing above, if you missed that - but it looks as though he's also made a fan of another director, namely Moon and Source Code helmer Duncan Jones who earlier today tweeted this: "Have a bloody fantastic bit of Source Code news. Super star Clint Mansell WILL be scoring the film. You have no idea how relieved I am."
I don't know that relief is the word that I would choose but I'm certainly happy about this. More Clint is always a good thing.
