Donnie Yen Has A Question For The Makers Of THE GREEN HORNET: Why Did You Bother?
There's a new teaser out for the Donnie Yen starring Legend of the Fist: The Return Of Chen Zhen and it lays an absolute, unholy beating on The Green Hornet or anybody else who may think they've got a handle on the martial arts superhero thing. Yeah, I had my questions about a film taking the hero of Jet Li's Fist of Legend and Bruce Lee's Fist Of Fury and turning him into a masked super hero / spy but those questions are looooooong gone. Yes, please.

Don't forget Li's BLACK MASK as well for the look of the character, but yeah it sure shows the difference between those that can and those that think they can.

hey MAN!

You tricked me!
putting down the title as "Donnie Yen has a question for the makers of the Green Hornet"

I actually thought Donnie Yen saw the trailer for the trash movie and wanted to question the piece of trash movie.

:/

GeneralErrorJune 29, 2010 4:22 PM

Did Donnie Yen actually say that? If not I think you guys could've conveyed the same message without writing something completely false. If so then he must be a trash talking egotistical kinda guy?

hanzoJune 29, 2010 7:33 PM

OH MY GOD! That's what I'm talking about! Donnie Yen is on a roll. I am really happy for this guy. He has always been one of my favorite martial arts actors. To Xino I think that Todd Brown is trying to say that the trailer begs you to ask the question. Plus I think Donnie is doing his talking through the trailer. By the way, that Green Hornet trailer was not impressive.

"I think that Todd Brown is trying to say that the trailer begs you to ask the question."

Bingo. That's the whole irony of it.
