There's Life In Those Undead Bones Yet ... First Trailer For Bing Bailey's PORTRAIT OF A ZOMBIE

Yes, there are an awful lot more bad zombie films than there are good ones these days and there are arguably just too many of them, period, but we keep paying attention because from time to time somebody produces something truly worthwhile.  And it looks as though Ireland's Bing Bailey may be one of those someones.  Credited for doing just about everything on the upcoming Portrait of a Zombie - which Bing wrote, directed, edited, and produced produced while Toni Bailey, who I presume is some sort of family relation, handled the art direction - Bing has put enough of a novel spin on the genre to keep it interesting while also pulling off some very impressive zombie effects on his tight budget.

Zombies roam the streets of Dublin. An American Documentary crew come to Ireland to make a documentary about the Murphy Family, whose eldest son Billy has turned, but the family still choose to care for him, much to the chagrin of the neighbors and the local crime boss. The Documentary crew soon become enthralled in the proceedings as Billy's story unfolds....
