Well I knew that KFP was going to be a hit, I had no idea how much. The IMAX that I saw the film at, was sold out. What I found interesting was, that the one Korean film, tickets were easy to obtain.

Korean movies in May had their worst month on record -- just 7.8 percent of the total May 2008 box office. KOFIC says that is the lowest level they have since 2000 ,when they first started tracking. Personally I think that its a good thing. Lately, the Korea film companies have not given us much in good films and they are now paying the price for it. Hopefully they will make better films. If not they will have to go out of business.

A date change for "The Good, The Bad and the Weird" it will now open on July 17th. I think that this film will be the huge Summer 2008 hit. My Students loved the HD trailer that I showed them.
