Stop! Don't make the same mistake I did initially on this one and pass it over because of the title! Le Grand Chef is the latest from the writer of Korean blockbuster Tazza: The High Rollers AKA War of Flowers and all signs are that this one will showcase the same glossy style and sense of fun that made Tazza such a huge hit. Based on the graphic novel by Heo Yeong-Nam the film tells the story of a pair of young chefs in a high tension cook-off to win a knife used centuries before by the Grand Royal Chef to cut off his own arms in shame. Just watch the damn trailer, okay? It's fun.
