Keisuke Toyoshima's THE CURSE OF NOBUHIRO-SAN (KAIDAN SHIN MIMIBUKURO: NOBUHIRO-SAN), w/ Rina Uchiya
There are fifteen stills from Keisuke Toyoshima's theatrical movie The Curse of Nobuhiro-san (Kaidan Shin Mimibukuro: Nobuhiro-san) - a.k.a. "Tales of Terror: The Curse of Nobuhiro-san" - on the website of Happy Together Film & TV. As was reported here on ScreenAnarchy back on April 24th, distribution rights for the movie are being offered for sale by Happy Together Film & TV at the Marché du Film in Cannes. The movie is being screened at the Palais J today (May 20th) at 8:30 p.m. (20:30); it was previously screened there on May 18th.
The screenplay for The Curse of Nobuhiro-san was written by Jun'ya Katô, based on one of the stories in the book Shin Mimibukuro: gendai hyaku monogatari: dai-shichi-ya by Hirokatsu Kihara and Ichirô Nakayama. The movie's principal cast apparently includes Rina Uchiyama, Mitsuru Hirata, Kazuya Takahashi, Reiko Tajima, Chinami Iwamoto, Denden, Mariko Tsutsui, Daisuke Iijima, Sumie Sasaki, and Junkichi Orimoto.
Here's a synopsis for The Curse of Nobuhiro-san from Happy Together Film & TV's website: "A spirit of suicide that has been around for 30 years controls the son of the mother. Nobuhiro is convinced that, in order to honor his mother's death, he needs to find the reincarnation of his mother and die with her, together, under the spell of love. As a painting reveals the horrific death of a young woman and her lover, a young model tries to discover the painting's truth, but is haunted by her cursed fate that is in the lethal hands of Mr. Nobuhiro."

"The Haunted Apartments".
