El Sid

A charming little film that never really made a huge splash in North America EL SID has been touring the European cinemas for a few months now. The rather good reviews in Spain have also created speculations regarding a big budget remake which I would be quite interested in seeing. In the meantime for those that are region-free the Spanish DVD which was released last year offers optional English subtitles and a steady presentation of the film.
