First Look At Michael Fassbender in ASSASSIN'S CREED
Fassbender's character doesn't actually feature in the existing franchise, but will act as a cypher for the narrative in this adaptation of the immensely popular first-person game. His characer is descended from an age-old lineage of assassins who are constantly at war with a rival group known as the Templars.
Speaking to EW, Fassbender confessed to not having had any interaction with the game before signing on for the film, which he is also producing. When questioned about the action in the film, Fassbender had this to say:

Williams and is scheduled for a 21 December 2016 release."A lot of the stuff in the game is Parkour, blades attached to his wrists. It's about getting in close to the target, close quarters fighting."That said, he's not claiming to be the new Jason Bourne or anything."I've learned how to roly poly, tumble turn, stuff you can do in everyday life. Like cartwheels. No, just basic fight choreography stuff. I did some horse stuff today. So stuff like that."
