Trailer: Kurt Russell Goes Cannibal Huntin' In BONE TOMAHAWK

Bone Tomahawk, directed by S. Craig Zahler, just bowed at Fantastic Fest with word on the street ranging from "A Kurt Russell cannibal western? Awesome!" to "A Kurt Russell cannibal western?"

Ahead of its day-and-date stateside release on October 23rd, we've now got our first proper look at the flick with a trailer. And while there's really nothing to write home about the trailer itself, there are a lot actors who appear in it - Patrick Wilson, Richard Jenkins, Matthew Fox - that all seem like guys who woulda been in a lot of westerns had they been acting in the 1950s.

I can't say I am enthused by a modern film, albeit of a genre, that seemingly paints a broad antagonistic picture of Native Americans. But there also seems to be something more going on in regards to just who the cannibals our cowboy heroes are hunting down truly are.
