We have long been fans of Spain's F. Calvelo here at ScreenAnarchy, each of the director's short film receiving much love for his unique sensibilities and uncanny ability to create unsettling atmospheres on a budget. And he's at it again with his latest short, Carabas.
Narrated in Japanese by George Ujiie the film sets up as a sort of metaphysical mystery that ends with the arrival of some sort of crustacean ... It's better experienced than explained and you can check the trailer below.
