Update: Trailer for Ryûichi Honda's ASATTE DANCE, starring Hiroaki Matsuda, Ai Kurosawa, Aki Kawamu
The official website for Ryûichi Honda's Asatte dance is now fully functional, and there's a trailer for the movie on that site.
As was previously reported here on ScreenAnarchy, the screenplay for Asatte dance was written by Yûji Takagi, based on the eponymous manga series by Naoki Yamamoto. The movie stars (listed order corresponds to website order) Saori Yamamoto, Ayumu Nohara, Aki Kawamura (PDF file), Ai Kurosawa, Q-tarô Suzuki, Akari Hoshino, and Hiroaki Matsuda.
Asatte dance is scheduled to open at the Shibuya Ciné la sept in Tokyo on December 10th; it's being distributed by Tornado Film K.K. (K.K. Torunêdo Firumu).
Honda's previous directing credits include Ikusa, My Wife's Shell (Dappi waifu - peau de mon épouse), Watermelon (Wôtâmeron), the short "Pussycat Great Mission!" ("Pusshîkyatto daisakusen"), and the short "The Alumna Delinquents" ("Zubekô dôkyûsei").
