So here we are with your first look at the trailer for Presagio. What do we think? Why, hello there psychotic fever dream. How are you today? Very well thank you, thanks to my handy umbrella. Yeah. This looks very interesting indeed.
The film had its World Premiere at Nocturna, Madrid International Film Festival this year and it won Best Latin American Fantastic Film. Not bad for your first time out. To date Presagio has only played at Latin American and Spanish film festivals. We are hopeful that this will change once this trailer gets out there.
A young writer traumatized by the death of his wife and kid describes his disturbing experiences to a psychiatrist, while a mysterious man who hides under an umbrella forces him to finish his painfully autobiography work regardless of the consequences.
In other good news Isaac Ezban, director of The Incident and The Similars has come on board as a producer with his partner Miriam Mercado and their production company Red Elephant. If you ever meet the guy you have to get his business card. Sickest one I collected that week!
