Wong Jing & Patrick Kong Team Up For HONG KONG GHOST STORIES
I don't really have any inside poop on Hong Kong Ghost Stories, but who are we to ignore the mighty Wong Jing?  Mr. Wong teams up with Patrick Kong, the writer of Pang Ho Chueng's Men Suddenly in Black, to deliver a fun looking blast of old school Hong Kong horror.

Horror has been sadly lacking from Hong Kong recently, apart from the above-mentioned Pang Ho Cheung's Dream Home, there haven't been many high profile titles on the market in recent years.  I don't think this is a high profile title, but it certainly has a team on board that is capable of making entertainment that works.

This is all I can find in the way of a synopsis:
Directors Wong Jing and Patrick Kong are working together for the first time to bring a ghost horror Hong Kong movies. The 2-part horror stories starts with the spooky and unexplained incidents in a school and the second story is about the ghostly encounter of a group of friend on vacation.
That tells us exactly nothing about the film itself, however, the trailer features crazed schoolgirl ghosts, some demons, people exploding, getting hit by buses, and more! Can't be all bad, right?

The film stars Jennifer Tse, Chrissie Chau, Him Law, and a bunch of names I don't recognize and it hits theaters in HK on October 27th.  I don't know, looks like it could be fun!
