Scheduled for summer release in the Asian territories, look for Wu Xia on American shores and in major European markets later in 2011.

Chan states in the official press release "The world first saw wuxai (martial arts) film in 1975 when King Hu's A Touch Of Zen premiered at Cannes. In 2000, Ang Lee's  Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon launched in Cannes and took the world by storm. Having my first wuxai film showcased in a magical place that discovers this unique genre, I hope Wu Xia can show the world a whole new universe"
