Win The UK Edition of THE WARLORDS On DVD! Updated With Winners!

[It took a little longer than it should have - a bit of a delay getting the actual DVDs followed up by my trip to Hong Kong slowed things down - but congratulations go out to our three winners of this contest Enric Giro, Dee Hardy and Chris Titchmarsh. And, for the record, a US edition is finally coming via Magnet Releasing.]

The continued lack of an American edition of Peter Chan's The Warlords is still something that just plain confuses us around these parts. This is, after all, a film that features three of the biggest stars in all of Asia - Jet Li, Andy Lau and Takeshi Kaneshiro - and that was both a huge hit at the box office and with the critics, taking home eight Hong Kong Film Awards in early 2008. When a film with huge stars and huge success can't find a distributor, well that's just weird.

Well, luckily for people in other parts of the world, there are those out there who are able to recognize quality when they see it and in the UK, Metrodome are poised to release the film on DVD and Blu Ray on March 2nd.
